Jay and Rose are very excited to be a part of the first-ever ArtFields Farmers’ and Artisans’ Market this Saturday, April 20, in historic downtown Lake City!

The market is located in the Atlantic Coastline Building, behind the Bean Market on Irvin Street, and will be open from 9 am to 2 pm.

Jay and Rose are excited to be part of the GrowFood Carolina Demo Tent at this year’s Charleston Wine + Food Festival.

Come visit the tent, located at the Culinary Village in Marion Square, and sample some delicious dip made fresh with our wonderful white and brown oyster mushrooms.

We’ll be there on Friday, March 1, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm to answer questions and share information.

This past Friday, Jay and I were lucky enough to attend Launch for Local, a fundraising benefit dinner for the Quality of Life chapter of Coastal Conservation League.

The wonderful Lee Brothers, local chefs, cookbook authors and tremendous supporters of local food, cooked up a fantastic menu, with the help of Duvall Events.

The hors d’oeuvre table, featured some of our pink oyster mushrooms.

The menu was outstanding, and used ingredients sourced from in and around Charleston.

Okay, pardon the terrible pun, but our little farm is getting ready to expand!

This is the future site of Rebecca Farms Lowcountry Mushrooms: 30 gorgeous, secluded acres in Florence County.

We’re set to begin construction on the grow houses in September, so we’ll keep you posted.

The bright, hot days of summer are perfect for the heat-loving tropical Pink Oyster Mushrooms.

This gorgeously colored mushrooms are mild and nutty in flavor, and hold-up very well to sauteing and frying.

We are officially Certified SC Grown!

Rebecca Farms is proud to be the only dedicated mushroom farm that is Certified SC Grown.

The South Carolina Department of Agriculture started the program in an effort to promote all of the wonderful produce grown right here in South Carolina.

We understand the importance of supporting local farmers, and Rebecca Farms is a truly local operation, as we get all of the material that we use to grow our delicious mushrooms from within South Carolina.
